The objective was to align the park with the Smart City vision by creating an intelligent digital assistant that guides visitors through interactive maps and delivers real-time notifications, ensuring they can effortlessly explore the space and stay connected to live activities.</p>

A real-time GPS and location management architecture was implemented, allowing users to instantly view nearby facilities and live event updates as soon as they enter the park. This dynamic infrastructure transformed the park experience into a continuously updated digital layer over the physical environment.</p>

<p data-start="1083" data-end="1513">To reflect the natural and open-air identity of Seka Park, an organic, nature-inspired visual language was adopted with dominant green tones and vibrant accents. A smart clustering system was implemented on the map to prevent visual clutter and improve usability. Combined with clean, intuitive sub-navigation elements, the interface provides a seamless and user-friendly exploration experience even within dense map environments.</p>

<p data-start="1539" data-end="1965">Location-based services (LBS) were optimized to minimize battery consumption, addressing one of the key challenges in continuous GPS tracking applications. Background processes were streamlined to reduce system load, while critical map data was cached locally to ensure uninterrupted performance even in areas with weak or unstable internet connectivity. The result is a smooth, lag-free experience throughout the entire park.</p>

<p data-start="2024" data-end="2375">The application was developed with a mobile-first approach, designed specifically for users on the move. High-contrast UI modes were introduced to ensure readability under direct sunlight, while intuitive touch interactions—such as pinch-to-zoom and one-handed navigation—were optimized for effortless map exploration in real-world outdoor conditions.</p>

<p data-start="2429" data-end="2813">Built on a modern backend architecture using Node.js and React Native, the system is synchronized with Kocaeli’s smart city infrastructure. The platform processes second-level location updates in real time through a low-latency server architecture, ensuring accurate positioning, instant event updates, and reliable performance across all devices in a high-traffic public environment.</p>
